At the beginning fry the finely chopped onion and then add the potatoes which can be grated or diced and fry for 10 minutes. Then add the salt and the black pepper. When the filling is a little cooler, take two thin layers of dough and sprinkle oil and water on them. On the second layer put from the potato filling and roll the two layers. Repeat the same procedure until you have the ingredients. Coat the pastry with oil and water and put them in a greasy pan starting from the middle of the pan.
