First make the filling. Beat the eggs with a spoon and add the cheese which has been previously diced in small cubes. Put flour, oil, milk, egg yolks, sugar, salt and the yeast (previously dissolve the yeast in a small amount of lukewarm milk for 5- 10 min.) and make a dough. Let the dough rise twice. Then divide the dough into 3 equal parts and use a rolling pin to make a layer. Coat each layer with butter and then add the filing. Leave some filling for coating the last layer in the end. Roll each layer and put in a pan in a form of a snail. Take a fork and pierce the “boden dedo”. Coat the “boden dedo” with butter and the rest of the filling. Sprinkle some cumin and sesame all over it. Bake at 200°С and cover with foil to maintain the nice red crust.
