Apple pie

Preparation

Using an electric mixer beat the eggs and the sugar. Add the oil, flour, baking powder and the vanilla sugar. Blend everything together and split in two. Put one half in a pan and bake for 15 min. Meanwhile grate the apples, drain them and add the sugar and the cinnamon. Put the apples over the baked pie and add the rest of the mixture. Bake at 180 °С for another 10-15 min. When done, cut the apple pie into pieces and sprinkle with icing sugar and cinnamon.
