At the beginning prepare the meatballs. Mix the minced meat, cheese, grated onion and garlic well and form the meatballs. It is not necessary to add any other spices in this mixture.
Dice the pork and fry it in the pan with oil. Fry for a few minutes and then remove the pork from the pan. In the same pan fry the chopped onion, then add the mushrooms, the diced bacon and finally add the meatballs and stir everything very carefully, so the meatballs don’t fall apart. Add the pork, chopped tomato, dried peppers, little water, wine and parsley into the mixture. Add the other spices (salt, pepper), but in smaller amounts. Bake at 180-200℃, 20-30 min. Just before it’s done add the grated cheese and put in the oven for another 5-10 min.
