Preparation

We add yeast, sugar and some flour in lukewarm milk and let it rise. After a few minutes we add other ingredients and mix the dough with a wooden spoon and leave it to rise for half an hour. In the frying pan we warm the oil well and add the dough with the spoon. We fry it on moderate heat until it gets the golden color. Hot donuts are served with a fresh "basa" from Lika.
