Pork stew with prunes and onion

Preparation

Cut the meat into portions and stew it in the sunflower oil until it gets white. Take the meat out. In the same pan stew to softening the finely sliced onion, then add the diluted with water tomato paste. When the water evaporates, sprinkle the red pepper. Return the meat, pour over with broth or hot water, put some salt and boil to partially softening. After that add well-washed prunes, sugar, cinnamon powder and black pepper.15-20 minutes before the cooking is over, thicken the meal sauce with flour,which is fried in advance in the butter.
