Preparation

Honey, ground almonds and walnuts are all mixed in the egg yolks along with grated lemon and orange followed by other ingredients. Egg whites are separatelly done into snow, and then carefully and gradually mixed with the base mass. The mixture is placed in a baking dish and baked in the oven at 175 degrees for about an hour. It is richly frosted with chocolate melted in sweet cream.
