Preparation

Octopus is thoroughly washed and cleaned. It is cooked with plenty of water, with covered lid at the highest temperature of the stove. When boiled, the temperature is reduced to half and it is cooked until it softens (60 min). After that, it is pulled out of the water and sliced into small pieces, spiced with garlic and parsley, poured with oil and vinegar. Salt and pepper are added as desired.
