Preparation

Briefly fry chopped onions in oil, remove the pot from heat, mix it with red paprika powder and immediately sprinkle with 100 ml of hot water.Add the meat cut into cubes, laurel leaf, chilli pepper, tomato puree, chopped garlic and Vegeta. Stir lightly and cook by adding water.There should be enough water in the pot to cover the meat. When the meat is almost softened, add the potatoes sliced into cubes and cook for another 15 minutes.Finally, mix white wine and cornstarch you have previously mixed with some water.

_ 1 tsp of sweet ground paprika
_ 150g onion
_ 200g weal
_ 200g baby beef
_ 1 spoon Vegeta
