Chop the carrots into cubes and put them in a saucepan with the legs/drumsticks to cook. Fry the onion in a preheated pan with oil and then add the rice and fry just a little. Add the drumsticks, carrots, water in which the drumsticks and carrots were previously cooked and some spices. Bake in the oven for 20-30 min. at 180℃
