The fish is cleaned and washed. Salted and baked on grill.The dry peppers are lightly roasted, cleaned from the seeds and smashed. Flood with boiling water, add salt, olive oil and red pepper. The fish is poured so as to cover with this marinade.The dish stays for at least 2-3 hours before serving. The fish can be filled with dewserelle before it is baked. The pepper can be replaced with chilli, according to taste.
