Preparation

Pork knuckle is flavored and smeared with the topping. Potatoes are peeled and cut into large cubes. Carrots and parsnips are cut into circles, onion and celery of cubes, vegetables mixed with spices and tomatoes are placed on the bottom of the pot, and on them the flavored knuckle. Finally put the water, the wine and put the lid. Place the gouve in the oven and bake for about 3 hours.

_ 1kg pork knuckle;
_ 4-5 pcs potato (200-250g);
_ 2 pcs carrots (60-80g);
_ 1 pcs parsnip (50g);
_ 1 onion (50-80g);
_ 100g celery;
_ 2 pcs tomatoes (150-200g);
_ 60g of sunflower oil;
_ 5g red pepper;
_ salt to taste;
_ 1g black pepper;
_ 1 branch thyme;
_ 1 branch of rosemary;
_ 100ml white wine (beer); water.
