Preparation

First make the dough. Mix together: flour, salt, sugar, yeast, oil and lukewarm water. Leave the dough to rise. Divide the dough to 4 pieces of 200gr. Form 4 ellipsoid pieces with higher ends and fill with the finely chopped spiced pork. Put lard over the ends. Bake at 250°С, 15 to 20 min.
