Make a mixture of the egg, oil, semolina, yeast and a little flour. Take 1/3 of the dough and add the cacao. Make balls from the yellow dough –make them slightly elongated in the middle, and horizontally add from the brown dough. Gently press the brown dough to a grater so that you get spines. When done leave the hedgehogs to rise a little. Put the hedgehogs in a previously greased pan and bake 10 -15 min. at 180-200°С. Put the syrup all over the hedgehogs, when they are cool.
